We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, and then look at what solutions you need. While on the call, we’ll get to know each other and make sure there’s a fit between challenges, solutions, budget, and above all, us.

Yes! The three tiers of packages give tech CEOs and their business the ability to pick and choose the solutions that fit their needs.
Marketing needs foundations. That’s why our Go package cannot be altered. But, with Gro and Pro, you can add 2-4 solutions.

Definitely. While outside our package, we can help you with onboarding your HubSpot for a one-time cost, and then switch into a monthly subscription as part of the Go, Gro, or Pro packages.

Whatever your subscription, your minimum term is six months. This gives everyone enough time to let the marketing process breathe and start seeing key results. Be wary of any marketing agency who claims to be able to generate results in less than this period.

For our monthly payment terms, we have a 30-day payment window.
Quarterly payment terms have a 45-day window.
Annual payment terms have a 60-day window.

Marketing needs six months to start producing results. Therefore, we do not offer a minimum term shorter than this. Likewise, you cannot switch your subscription on or off from one month to the next.

Solutions within your package can be switched on and off, and an upgrade or downgrade is possible, but this must be agreed with theorytwenty7 in advance as, ultimately, changes to your marketing means changes to your strategy..

An internal team of six would cover the services of by theorytwenty7. Those team members cost $530,000 per year, excluding benefits. With a Gro package, you’ll pay $59,028, with no loss in quality or work produced. That means more money into campaigns.

You’ll notice that we don’t hide our pricing - that’s part of our philosophy. We’re transparent. Others are not. You deserve better. Other providers can be costly or inexperienced in tech (and sometimes both). For instance, some agencies charge $6,000 for blocks of hours each month that you can use across SEO, content, and paid ads. We don’t do that.

We offer an end-to-end solution that is outcome-based, not hours. You choose your package, and theorytwenty7 becomes your marketing department. There are no hidden costs with your theorytwenty7 package, outside of VAT and sales tax, where applicable.

The cost of your marketing tech stack, promotional budget (what we lovingly call showtime), research and advisory subscriptions etc. are yours to absorb. You pay for the cost of hiring us as your department, you provide the marketing budget, and we deliver the results together.

An invoice is sent prior to the month's work. For a month to month subscription, you must pay within 30 days. Beyond that period, using the cost of your agreed subscription for that period, a 10% fee is added for late payment after a week, and then 1% extra every week you're delayed.
For quarterly terms, the quarter's payment is due 45 days after invoice.
For annual terms, the year's payment is due within 60 days of invoice.

Those are translated into a list of services we’ll provide in your subscription and a roadmap for getting the basics set up - market strategy, marketing strategy, marketing plan, and reporting - and from there, we’ll ensure every solution you subscribe to has a plan and agreed KPIs.
However, when it comes to campaign goals, traffic, MQLs, and SALs, this depends on your available budget. After all, successful marketing requires know-how, budget, and a smidgen of luck.
